Level 2 Coaches demonstrate diagnostic proficiency and can independently deploy the complete FDOS system. This is the standard professional certification. Level 2 Coaches work with clients systematically across all 29 IPs and deliver consistent transformation.
Expert-level certification for training and institutional deployment
Level 3 Masters represent the highest certification tier. Masters can train other coaches, customize FDOS for institutional contexts, and integrate the system into organizational infrastructure. This level is reserved for practitioners demonstrating exceptional mastery and institutional deployment capability.
Each certification level requires specific prerequisites, training completion, and demonstrated competence. FDOS does not certify based on time invested, certification requires proven mastery.
